What We Collect
When you submit a form on leanstream.ai — a discovery call request, a calculator result, or a contact inquiry — we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you choose to provide. We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising networks. Analytics are handled through Fathom Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information.
How We Use It
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and, if you have expressed interest, to follow up about LeanStream engagements. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate our systems (Supabase for data storage, dave@leanstream.ai for email communication).
Data Storage
Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Data is stored in the United States.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing dave@leanstream.ai. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Client Engagement Data
Data collected during a LeanStream engagement — project records, SOP documentation, portfolio health scores — is governed by the terms of the engagement agreement, not this privacy policy. Client data is owned by the client. See our Data Ownership Policy for details.
