What LeanStream Is
LeanStream is a professional services firm that designs, builds, and deploys operations intelligence systems for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. We provide operational systems and the expertise to deploy them.
Engagement Terms
All LeanStream engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed-bid price. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or agreement. Engagement begins only upon execution of a signed SOW.
Intellectual Property
Systems and deliverables built during a LeanStream engagement become the property of the client upon final payment. LeanStream retains no ongoing license to client-specific implementations. Shared components — agent prompt libraries, schema templates, and methodology documentation — are licensed to the client for internal use in perpetuity.
Limitation of Liability
LeanStream's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid under the relevant SOW. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of systems we deliver. The client is responsible for validating that delivered systems meet their requirements before going live.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes arising from engagements will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lake County, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of leanstream.ai after changes constitutes acceptance.
